CONCERT IN HALIFAX
On December 18, 1996 Celine Dion took part on the Canadian songbird Anne Murray concert at the Hailfax Metro Centre in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. This concert brings Murray´s classic hits and the warmth and humor of her live show into your home, joined on stage by very special guests. This was Murray´s first time in Nova Scotia in 29 years. After all these years, Murray remains in strong voice, and she delivers many songs, including such favorites as "Danny´s song", "Save the last dance for me" and "You needed me". Jann Arden joined her for "Insensitive" and "Snowbird", while Bryan Adams duets on "What would It take" and both duets were quite engaging. Celine made a very special and surprise appearance. She performed in duet with Murray the song "When I fall in love". A DVD Video of this concert was released on May 18, 1999 with the name "An Intimate Evening With Anne Murray". The duet with Celine also was broadcasted as part of a TV special dedicated to Anne Murray entitled "The Music Of My Life", aired on December 15, 2005 on CBS channel.
