After the ceremony, Celine was photographed with Yvon Deschamps, Ding Et Dong, Normand Brathwaite, Martine Saint-Clair, Robert Charlebois and Véronique Béliveau. In reference to the Ceremony, Celine has said "I cried a lot when I went up to accept my first award, and even more the second and third. What a thrill. But when I heard my name the fourth time, the entire house was seized by a fit of giggling. And I began to sob and hiccup in the aisle leading to the stage. The next day, the main paper of Quebec showed my face swollen with tears and all puffy from sobbing. A lot of girls are moved to tears when they walk up to receive a prize, but I think I hold the absolute crying record" (from an extract of the book "My Story, My Dream").
