PHOTO SESSION
On May 2006 Celine Dion posed for an special photo session made by Gérard Schachmes. The photos shows Celine wearing simple clothe but in so sexy poses. These photos were published by the "Gala" magazine and the "Ciné Télé Revue" magazine on May 4, 2006; and by the "7 Jours" magazine on May 20, 2006.
ON INTERVIEW
On May 3, 2006 a team from the French Canadian newspaper "Le Journal De Montreal" was in Las Vegas, USA to follow and interview Celine Dion before one of the shows of "A New Day..." at the Caesars Palace. Celine talked about her life in Las Vegas, her show and she was photographed at her dressing room with her hairdresser Tricia Jenkins. The team of "Le Journal De Montreal" also interviewed Celine´s husband Rene Angelil and Claude "Mego" Lemay, the musical director of "A New day...".
ON INTERVIEW
On May 4, 2006 Celine Dion appeared on interview during the broadcast of a segment on the TV show "Fan De", aired on M6 channel in France. They also broadcasted footage from the movie "Astérix et les Vikings", as the recording sessions of the soundtrack, "Tous les secrets de ton coeur" by Celine. The interview was recorded at Celine´s dressing room at the Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, USA.
ON TV SHOW
On May 7, 2006 Celine Dion appeared on the broadcast of the famous French TV show "Vivement Dimanche", hosted by Michel Drucker and aired on France 2 channel. The famous TV hoster was in Las Vegas, USA on April 12, 2006 to interview Celine Dion. The interview took place at the Colosseum of the Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, where Celine was performing with the show "A New Day...". After the interview, Celine and Michel Drucker met with the Celine´s new wax statue at the Caesars Palace. Celine and Drucker were photographed with the statue. Some photos of that day were published by the "Ciné Télé Revue" magazine on May 4, 2006 and by the "TV Magazine Ouest" on May 6, 2006.
PRESS CONFERENCE
On May, 7 2006 Celine Dion and her husband Rene Angelil gave a press conference, wich took place at the Colosseum of the Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, USA to celebrate the 500th perfomances of the show "A New Day...". During the conference held for the French Canadian reporters, Celine and Rene generously answered the questions.They also were photographed with the winners of the contest "Celine's 500th" and with Richard and Manon Lemieux, the winners of the contest "Fan de Céline Recherche".
SECOND WAX STATUE UNEVILING
On May 7, 2006 right before the benefit show celebrating the 500th performances of the show "A New Day...", Celine Dion official unveiled her second wax statue at the Colosseum of the Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, USA. Celine´s statue, created by the Grevin Museum in Paris, France, is dressed in the outfit by Michael Kors which she wore at the 1998 Academy Awards where she sang the song "My heart will go on", which won the Oscar for Best Original Score. Fans who attend the show "A New Day..." on that day, were photographed with the statue.
VIDEO MESSAGE
On May 7, 2006 Celine Dion appeared during the broadcast of a pre-recorded video message at the Mira Telethon, an special event to raise money for the Fondation Mira, a nonprofit organization that trains guide dogs for the blind. The telethon was aired on TQS channel in Canada. The video message was recorded at Celine´s dressing room in the Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, USA where she was performing with the show "A New Day...".
SHOOTING VIDEO
On May 8, 2006 Celine Dion was at the Colosseum of the Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, USA where it was recorded the music video for the song "Tout près du bonheur", a duet between Marc Dupré and Celine, composed in 2000 by Celine for Marc Dupré and Anne-Marie Angelil´s wedding. The music video was supposed to be shot in the Mojave Desert but because of Celine´s health conditions it was shooted at the Colosseum. It was directed by Ivan Grbovic. Footage from the making of, were broadcasted on the TV show "Flash" on TQS channel in Canada on May 9, 2006; and on the TV show "17 Heures" on TVA channel in Canada on May 11, 2006. Celine and Marc Dupre were also interviewed.
VIDEO MESSAGE
On May 8, 2005 Celine Dion appeared talking on a video message about the show "A New Day..." at the Colosseum of the Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, USA. Celine dedicated few words to the Tsunami benefit performance of "A New Day...". Celine also explains why she chose Mother´s Day for this special show. The video message was taped at Celine´s dressing room at the Caesars Palace.
ON TV SHOW
On May 8, 2006 Celine Dion appeared on the broadcast of the Canadian daily TV show "Entertainment Tonight Canada", aired on GlobalTV channel in Canada. Celine was interviewed at her dressing room at the Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, USA where she was performing with the show "A New Day...". Celine talked about the show, her family and her son Rene Charles. The TV show broadcasted footage from Celine´s perfomance of "All the way" at her show.
ON MAGAZINE
On May 15, 2006 Celine Dion appeared on the famous magazine "People", and for this appearence Celine gave to the team of the magazine, a very exclusive interview and a little photo session. The photos were taken at the end of March, 2006 at Celine´s dressing room at the Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, USA and in the interview, she talked about her show "A New Day...". The magazine published that Celine and her husband Rene Angelil have settled into a happy routine in Las Vegas, where they live in a suburban three-bedroom home 30 minutes off the strip with a little guy who is the world to them: 5-year-old son Rene Charles. "I love being a mom, it relaxes me to read stories to him, do finger painting, play with Play-Doh", said Celine. "I think people have a hard time imagining I can have a normal life, but I do". The same photos were published by "La Semaine" magazine on May 20, 2006.

On May 20, 2006 Celine Dion appeared on the cover of the famous magazine "7 Jours", along with the famous Canadian TV presenter, Michel Jasmin. It was published in Quebec, Canada.
ON MEETING
On May 27, 2006 Celine Dion met with a TeamCeline contest winner, named Savannah from Middleburg, Florida, USA. The meeting took place at Celine´s dressing room at the Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, USA before one of the shows of "A New Day...". Savannah tells that was the biggest day in her life.
ON TV GUIDE
On May 27, 2006 Celine Dion appeared on the cover of the TV guide "TV Hebdo", published in Quebec, Canada.
ON INTERVIEW
In May 2006 Celine Dion appeared on interview during the broadcast of the American entertainment television news program "Extra", aired on Warner Bros channel in USA. A reporter met Celine at her dressing room at the Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, USA, during the backstage of Celine´s upcoming appearance on the famous TV show "Deal Or No Deal", broadcasted later on North-American NBC and GlobalTV channels on June 5, 2006.
