ON INTERVIEW
In early June 2006 famous French Canadian hoster Michel Jasmin flew to Las Vegas, USA to meet his friend, Celine Dion, and attend one of the shows of "A New Day...", at the Colosseum of the Caesars Palace, which he hadn´t seen yet. Accompanied with his friend, Hsi Chin Hu, Michel Jasmin spent four days in Sin City, where he comfortably stayed in one of the magnificent rooms of Caesars Palace. So he interviewed Celine at her dressing room of the Caesars Palace, few minutes before the one of the shows. Some photos of the interview were published by "7 jours" magazine on June 24, 2006.
ON PARTY
On June 4, 2006 Celine Dion, and her husband Rene Angelil, attended at Chris Aire´s jewelry party wich took place at the popular nightclub "Pure", at the Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, USA.
ON TV SHOW
On June 5, 2006 Celine Dion appeared on the famous TV show "Deal Or No Deal", broadcasted on North-American NBC and GlobalTV channels. NBC's 90-minute finale of "Deal Or No Deal", hosted by Howie Mandel, propelled the network into the No.1 spot Monday among its broadcast competitors. The ratings showed the remarkable strength of that game show. "Deal or No Deal" was the highest-rated program of the night. Its 90-minute denouement, which featured Celine, delivered 18 million viewers in Nielsen´s estimates. By its final half-hour, an audience of 21.2 million had tuned in. During the show, Celine devotee Casey Bell the surprise of her life when she appeared via satellite, from her dressing room at the Caesars Palace, to cheer her on during the show airing June 5, 2006. Besides, Casey won a trip to see Celine´s show "A New Day..." at the Colosseum of the Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, USA awarded by Celine herself. The show was taped in May 2006.
