NEW YORK FASHION WEEK
On February 8, 2007 Celine Dion attended the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, the world´s premier fashion event, wich took place at the Bryant Park Promenade in New York, USA. Celine wasn´t accompanied by her husband, Rene Angelil. She was photographed with Gilles Mendel, Christian Louboutin and Annie Horth.
ON INTERVIEW
On February 16, 2007 Celine Dion appeared on interview during the broadcast of the TV show "Star Système", aired on TVA channel in Canada. The reporter Herby Moreau, interviewed Celine and her husband, Rene Angelil, at the Avatar Studios in New York, USA where Celine was recording songs for her upcoming album "D´elles". Moreau also interviewed Marc Dupré and Jean-François Breau, who also worked on the album.

On February 23, 2007 Celine Dion, accompanied by her husband Rene Angelil, arrived to Los Angeles, California, USA to be part on the 79th Academy Awards Ceremony, wich took place at the Kodak Theatre on February 25, 2007. In the afternoon, Celine attended to the rehearsals at the theatre. She was practicing the song "I knew I loved you", in wich she was supervised by Louis J. Horvitz, the director of the 79th Academy Awards. Celine performed the song live at the ceremony that night.

On February 25, 2007 Celine Dion took part at the 79th Academy Awards Ceremony, wich took place at the Kodak Theatre in Los Angeles, California, USA. The ceremony (also known as the Oscars), honored the best films of 2006 and it was broadcasted live on ABC channel in USA. Ellen DeGeneres hosted the ceremony for the first time. The producer was Laura Ziskin. The announcers were Don LaFontaine and Gina Tuttle. Celine arrived to the red carpet accompanied by her husband Rene Angelil and her mother Thérèse Tanguay. The green dress that Celine wore on the red carpet was designed by John Galliano. She was photographed with American actress Kate Winslet, and she also was interviewed. During the ceremony, Celine performed in live "I knew I loved you", a song composed by Morricone for the 1984 Sergio Leone movie, "Once Upon A Time In America". Honorary Oscar recipient Ennio Morricone was incredibly moved when Celine sang the new song in tribute to him. Morricone received a prize for his lifetime achievement in scoring films.
