ON MEETING
On April 1, 2011 Celine Dion met the Australian pop vocal group, Human Nature on backstage at the Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, USA. The group toured as opening act for Celine´s "Falling Into You Tour" in Australia and Europe in 1997.
COUNTRY MUSIC AWARDS
On April 3, 2011 Celine Dion attended to the 46th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards Ceremony, wich took place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, USA. The event was hosted by Reba and Blake Shelton and it was aired live on CBS channel in USA. Celine, who was wearing a black sequined dress, only introduced an award. On backstage, she met with singer Carrie Underwood.
ON INTERVIEW
On April 3, 2011 Celine Dion was interviewed for the famous daily newspaper Los Angeles Times, published in Los Angeles, USA since 1881. Celine was interviewed at her dressing room at the Caesars Palace in las Vegas, USA where she was performing with her new show "Celine". The article on the newspaper was written by Scott Gold. Celine also posed for few photos.
ON TV SHOW
On April 11, 2011 Celine Dion appeared on interview during the broadcast of the daily entertainment newsmagazine show "Entertainment Tonight Canada" (often shortened to "ET Canada"), aired on GTN channel in Canada. Celine was interviewed at her dressing room in the Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, USA by reporter Cheryl Hickey, who sits down for an exclusive interview with Celine backstage at her new show.
ON MEETING
On April 11, 2011 Celine Dion met with the famous English actress, author, and columnist Joan Collins at the Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, USA. "It was the absolute perfect little break from Hollywood", said Collins as she wrapped up a four-day mini-Las Vegas vacation at the Venetian. Celine and Collins were photographed together.
ON BACKSTAGE
On April 16, 2011 after a concert at the Colosseum of the Casars Palace in Las Vegas, USA with the new residency show, "Celine", Celine Dion was filmed on backstage talking to the band members of the show, and celebrating with them. Footage from this day was part of the deleted scenes material of the TV special about Celine titled "Celine: 3 Boys and a New Show", aired on OWN channel in USA in October 2011.
ON MEETING
On April 17, 2011 on the backstage of a concert at the Colosseum of the Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, USA Celine Dion met with a fan named Curtis Ryan, from South Africa.
PHOTO SESSION
On April 18, 2011 and after the first 20 concerts at the Colosseum of the Carsars Palace in Las Vegas, USA with the residency show "Celine", Celine Dion took little vacations. She returned to her house in Florida and she made a special photo session to help promote her new fragance titled "Signature". The photo session was made by photographer, Denise Truscello and it took place in West Palm Beach, USA. Footage from the making of the photo session was used for the promotional TV commercial of this fragance, premiered in June 2012.
ON TV SHOW
On April 20, 2011 Celine Dion appeared on a video message during the broadcast of the French television music talent show "X Factor", aired on M6 channel. Celine has recorded a video message to wish the candidates of the TV show good luck and much success in their singing aspirations for a record deal. She also sent a message to one of the jury of the TV show, Véronic DiCaire.
ON TV SHOW
On April 29, 2011 Celine Dion made a little appearance on a video message during the broadcast of the famous talk show "The Oprah Winfrey Show", hosted and produced by its namesake Oprah Winfrey and aired on Syndicated channel in USA. Everyday until the last show, two celebrities share their experiences with Oprah in the last segment of the show. Celine shared how Oprah surprised her by inviting her entire family to the show from Canada in 1997 and she thanked her for being a great friend. She also said she loves Oprah.
