On December 3, 1993 Celine Dion appeared appeared during the broadcast of the famous American late-night talk show "The Tonight Show With Jay Leno", hosted by Jay Leno and aired on NBC channel in USA. As part of the promotion for the album titled "The Colour Of My Love", she performed the song "The power of love".

On December 12, 1993 Celine Dion appeared during the broadcast of the "The Shirley Show", a daily afternoon talk show hosted by Shirley Solomon and broadcasted on CTV channel in Canada. Celine was interviewed by an hour. She answered questions from fans in the audience. Celine´s manager, Rene Angelil, also appeared on this episode and he was interviewed too. During the interview, Celine performed a fragment of the song, "The colour of my love", specially dedicated to Rene. Celine also performed "The power of love".

On December 15, 1993, as part of the promotion for the album "The Colour Of My Love", Celine Dion appeared during the broadcast of the American live morning talk show "Vicki!", hosted by Vicki Lawrence and aired on NBC channel in USA. Celine was interviewed. She talked about her big family and she told Lawrence that she was engaged with her manager, Rene Angelil. After the interview, Celine performed "The Christmas song". Bob Hope and Dolores Hope also appeared on this episode.

In 1993 Celine Dion was shooting the music video for the song "Un garçon pas comme les autres (Ziggy)", a single released on June 28, 1993. There were two similar music videos made for the French and English version. Both of them were directed by Lewis Furey (husband and producer of Quebec actress/singer Carole Laure). The music video features Celine sitting in the bleachers of a stadium and longing for a soccer player who is preoccupied with teammates. At the end, he is walking up to what appears to be a guy in a pullover with a hood over his head. When the hood is removed as they kiss, it is revealed to be Celine. The French version can be found on Celine´s DVD called "On Ne Change Pas". During the shooting of the music video, Celine was interviewed.

In 1993 Celine Dion was in Hollywood, Los Angeles, USA for the shooting of the music video for the song "When I Fall In Love" in duet with Clive Griffin, released as a single on June 28, 1993. The music video was directed by Dominic Orlando. During the shooting, Celine was interviewed for a segment aired later on the famous daily tabloid television entertainment television news show "Entertainment Tonight" on CBS channel in USA.

ON MEETING
In 1993 Celine Dion, who was always involved in the fight against AIDS, visited a patient named Eric, at the Hôtel-Dieu de Montréal, the oldest hospital in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Celine met with Eric shortly before his death from the disease. The following photo was published later by the famous "Gay Globe" magazine.
