ON MEETING
On April 25, 1993 Celine Dion met with few fans after a concert at the National Arts Centre in Ottawa, Canada with the "Celine Dion Tour". One of the fans, named France (from Ottawa), was one of the employees of Canada´s Ambassador at the World Fair in Seville, Spain in 1992 where Celine sang at the Canadian Pavillion. That man was who made possible the dream of France, when he got tickets to Celine´s concert at the National Arts Centre in Ottawa in April, 1993.
