ON TV SHOW
On July 10, 2009 Celine Dion and her husband, Rene Angelil attended the last episode the famous TV show "Star Académie", which took place at the Bell Centre in Montreal, Canada and it was broadcasted on TVA channel in Quebec. Celine and Rene were interviewed by Herby Moreau, and they said they fell in love with all those kids like everyone who followed the series. Mostly Celine said she was happy to see all those guys all together getting to experience this dream to do a show in a special place like the Bell Center. Secondly she was also very very happy not being the one to do it tonight and just to go out like that to see a show with her husband which is a thing they so rarely do (just the two of them) made her very very happy. Rene agreed and she was kind of teasing Rene about not being able to go out often in the past because he was booking all those shows for her to do and that his phone is still ringing all the time. Rene said that they were on this vacation for one and a half to two years. Finally, she said she enjoys her break but that time flies so quickly. Celine and Rene also met the contestants and Celine talked to them.

4th ANNUAL GOLF TOURNEMENT
On July 21, 2009 Celine Dion and her husband Rene Angelil attended to Maman Dion´s 4th Annual Golf Tournement, which took place at the golf club Le Mirage in Quebec, Canada, where she raised 775,000$ for her Foundation. This money helped 2,000 desavantaged children to get everything they need to start school again on the year. They apparently had a lot of fun again this year and Celine´s mother Foundation even surpassed its initial goal of 600,000$ in raising 750,000$. The event chaired by Thérèse Tanguay Dion was placed under the joint presidency of honor of producing and stimulating Julie Snyder and Pierre Karl Péladeau, president and chief of the direction of Quebecor. The tournament made it possible to collect the sum of 775.000$. Celine was photographed with Eric Salvail, organizer of the evening, Julie Snyder, Pierre Karl Péladeau, Therese Tanguay Dion, Rene Angélil, Paul Dion and Marie-Berthe Of Groseillers.
