ESCAPE TO TOTAL REWARDS
On March 1, 2012 Celine Dion appeared from a pre-recorded video at the "Escape To Total Rewards", a mindblowing array of simultaneous concerts in four of America´s coolest cities: Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, and New Orleans. It was organized by "Total Rewards", a casino loyalty program at nearly all Caesars Entertainment (formerly Harrah´s Entertainment) locations. Celine´s pre-recorded video was shown during the concert at the Union Station in Chicago, USA. This concert was hosted by Giuliana and Bill Rancic from E! channel. Sara Bareilles and Maroon 5 also performed at this concert. Celine´s pre-recorded performance included "River deep, mountains high" and "My heart will go on" (taken from her residency show, "Celine" at the Colosseum of Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, USA).
WALMART SHAREHOLDERS´ MEETING 2012
On June 1, 2012 Celine Dion did her first live appearance after her recent voice problems, which caused her to cancel a slew of concerts in Las Vegas, USA with her show "Celine" earlier this year. Celine took part at the annual Walmart "Shareholders´ Meeting 2012", a special event and concert celebrating the 50th anniversary of Walmart, the famous American multinational retailer corporation. Celine was the closing act of the concert, wich took place at the Bud Walton Arena at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Arkansas, USA. She brought down the house with her songs "The power of love", "Love can move mountains" and "It´s all coming back to me now". For "Love can move mountains", Celine was joined by two choral groups: The Arkansas Gospel Mass Choir and the Walmart Associate Choir. At the event, Celine also praised Walmart for supporting her over the past 20 years, giving a special shout-out to Walmart store #2050 in Henderson, Nevada, USA. Celine said she often goes there after her Las Vegas shows to stock up on essentials. The shareholders meeting, which is always a star-studded event, was hosted by Justin Timberlake, and also included a performance by Lionel Richie and Taylor Swift as well as samba dancers, a violinist, homages to the founder Sam Walton and cheery updates from executives about the company´s performance.
CONCERT IN LAS VEGAS
On June 9, 2012 Celine Dion returned to the Colosseum of the Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, USA to continue performing with her residency show "Celine" after inflammation in her vocal cords forced her to cancel some shows earlier this year. During the show Celine performed "Open arms", "Where does my heart beat now", "Because you loved me", "It´s all coming back to me now" and "The power of love". After the first costume change, Celine sang "You´ll have to swing it (Mr. Paganini)", "Lullabye (Goodnight, my angel)" and "The reason". Another costume change and then Celine performed the James Bond medley, wich includes the songs: "Goldfinger", "Nobody does it better" and "Live and let die", while the audience was in extasis. Then, another costume change, while background vocals Barnev Balsaint performed "Spinning wheel". Then Celine, dressed with the long white dress, performed "How do you keep the music playing?" (a duet with a hologram version of herself), "Overjoyed" (a virtual duet with Stevie Wonder) and "At seventeen", sitting next to her guitarist André Coutu. Then, she sang "Beauty and the beast" (duet with background vocal Barnev Valsaint), "Ne me quitte pas" and "All by myself". Up to here, the show was as usual. After the song "All by myself", came the first change. Celine added Adele´s famous single "Rolling in the deep" to the song set list and it was a moment that fans won´t forget anytime soon. Before sing it, Celine said to the crowd "I love Adele so much, she´s amazing". After the new song, it came another costume change, while the orchestra performed an instrumental interlude of Michael Jackson. Then, Celine again on stage, performed a longer version of "Love can move mountains" (without the instrumental interlude of "Declaration of love") and "River deep, mountain high". The Michael Jackson medley (with the songs: "Ben" and "Man in the mirror") unfortunately was removed from the show. The concert ended as always with the waterfalls number and the song "My heart will go on". Celine has announced in late February 2012 that she was cancelling shows due to a virus. Show officials say she was back in the studio in April recording songs for her new English and French albums slated for release later this year.

CONCERT IN LAS VEGAS
On June 13, 2012 Celine Dion performed at the Colosseum of the Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, USA with her residency show "Celine". This was the fourth concert after Celine´s return to the Caesars Palace, after inflammation in her vocal cords forced her to cancel several shows. During this concert, there were some technical problems with the audio and the lift. Celine was stuck on a lift for 5-7 minutes during the performance of the song "Overjoyed" (a virtual duet with Stevie Wonder). Celine experienced further audio complications in other parts of the show. She sang a little bit of "Rescue me" and "Everybody dance now" and cracked jokes. "I´m not overjoyed, I´m overwhelmed", Celine said. Anyway, the show was great, according to some fans who attended this concert.
