On June 6, 2008 Celine Dion was in Berlin, Germany. Accompanied by her mother Thérèse, Celine walked straight to the Gendarmenmarkt, a square in the city, and the site of the Konzerthaus and the French and German Cathedrals. They took time to enjoy a coffee in the sun at the restaurant Refugium, before the sightseeing tour. Then, Celine and her mother saw the bicycle taxi´s and approached one to take a tour around the city in the modern Riksja. Celine took many photos to the old buildings from the taxi. They also visited a souvenier shop where Celine bought a bottle of water and a little gift, for the taxi driver. Celine also visited Oranienburger Strasse (a famous street), Humboldt University and the Gendarmenmarkt square. They also visited the Holocaust memorial in Berlin and they took a look into an underground memorial at the Bebelplatz square.

On June 11, 2008 Celine Dion accompanied by her husband Rene Angelil and thier son, Rene Charles visited the Sachsenhausen Memorial and Museum, originally a Nazi concentration camp in Oranienburg, Germany used during the World War II. Nowadays, the remaining buildings and grounds are now open to the public as a museum. Celine was very touched throughout the entire tour at the museum. During the tour at the museum, Celine visited green building beyond the entrance gate, the Jewish barracks, the execution trench and the prison cells.

WALK OF FAME
On June 28, 2008 at 14:30 p.m. Celine Dion and her husband and manager, Rene Angelil arrived to the St. Mary´s Basilica, located adjacent to the Main Market Square in Kraków, Poland to receive a star on the Kraków Walk Of Fame. Celine was supposed to walk to her star on the red carpet, but she chosen to be close to her fans, so she was walking to the star next to her fans, giving autographs for a half hour. Then, Celine revealed her star. She was very touched. So she said a lovely speech before received gifts and flowers. Celine was so thankful for all the support from her fans in Poland, for a wonderful, warm welcome. Even before leaving the St. Mary´s Basilica, Celine took time to sign more autographs for her fans.
