CONCERT IN LAS VEGAS
On January 1, 2000 Celine Dion performed at the Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, USA. This was a private concert open only to family and selected industry professionals. The show was held inside a small conference room at the casino-hotel. At the end of the concert, Celine´s fans walked up to the stage and shook her hand, and Celine was walking through the casino talking to everyone. Celine gave her final public performance, with "Let´s Talk About Love World Tour", before going on hiatus during the "Millennium Concert", wich took place at the Molson Centre in Montreal, Canada on December 31, 1999.
CONCERT IN CALIFORNIA
On March 22, 2000 Celine Dion gave an impromptu performance at the LPGA Nabisco Championship in Palm Springs, California, USA. This was her first public show since her farewell concert in Montreal, Canada on New Year´s Eve in December 31, 1999. Celine performed only five songs, including a version of Frank Sinatra´s "All the way" in front of a crowd of about 1,000 people at a dinner capping off the Celebrity Pro-Am portion of the tournament, which Celine and her husband Rene Angelil both played earlier that day.
